Here at Country Lane Retrievers we believe that we have been given an incredible opportunty and a purpose so fulfilling to breed and raise our family of retrievers with such love and care. Our purpose; to share this loving and caring breed of dog with others.
Located in Canfield Ontario, we have a 2 acre country property that backs onto a creek for the dogs to swim in!
Breeding athletic, smart and just calm natured retrievers, we knew this was the breed for us. With that in mind, we continue to do what we do to ensure every family feels complete as ours.

We breed our all our retrievers with good health and family oriented temperament in mind. You can be confident knowing your new family member is healthy and happy.
CKC Registered
Country Lane Retrievers are registered with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) which is the primary registry body for purebred dogs in Canada.
DNA Health Tested
We give all our retrievers a Embark health screening which tests for 170+ genetic diseases. Ensuring you get no unfortunate surprises down the road.
Breeding Since 2013
We have been breeding golden retrievers since 2013 when we got our first golden retriever Carman! Ever since, we’ve been passionate about breeding strong healthy dogs with excellent temperaments and amazing genetic backgrounds. Knowing the importance of genetics, we also believe raising our dogs with love and care is just as important and we take pride in that. Throughout the years, there has been a lot of experience gained from grooming dogs, working at dog boarding and training facilities.
